TERMS & CONDITIONS

Welcome to QuickTix ("QuickTix", "we", "us"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the QuickTix website and the purchase of tickets through it. By browsing this site, creating an order, or purchasing a ticket, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

QuickTix acts as the authorised ticketing agent for the event organiser ("Organiser"). When you buy a ticket, you enter into a contract with the Organiser for attendance at the event, and with QuickTix for the processing of your order and payment.

Please read these Terms carefully before purchasing. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not complete your purchase.

All tickets are sold subject to availability. A ticket order is only confirmed once payment has been received in full and your ticket has been issued. An order reference will be provided at checkout — please keep it safe, as it is required to retrieve your tickets.

Each ticket is issued with a unique QR code and ticket reference. Possession of a valid, unscanned ticket entitles the named holder to one (1) entry to the applicable event, session, or ticket type purchased.

Ticket quantities may be limited per person or per order. We reserve the right to cancel orders suspected of being purchased for unauthorised resale or in violation of purchase limits.

Tickets remain the property of the Organiser until paid for in full.

All prices are listed in Botswana Pula (BWP) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise on the event page.

Payment is processed securely at checkout through our payment partners, including MobiPaid (Visa, Mastercard and supported mobile money services). QuickTix does not store your card or banking details.

Your order is subject to verification and acceptance by the payment provider. We reserve the right to cancel any order where payment is declined, reversed, or suspected to be fraudulent.

Digital tickets are delivered by email and can be downloaded as a PDF immediately after your payment is confirmed. You can also retrieve your tickets at any time from the "My Tickets" page using your order ID and the email address used at checkout.

It is your responsibility to ensure the email address entered at checkout is correct and able to receive messages from us. Tickets delivered to the email address supplied with an order are deemed received by you.

If you do not receive your tickets, first check spam or junk folders, then use the My Tickets lookup before contacting support.

Change of mind: All ticket sales are final. Tickets cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded for change of mind, personal circumstances, or inability to attend.

Cancelled events: If an event is cancelled in full (not rescheduled), you will be offered a refund of the ticket price to the original payment method, or credit toward a future event, as communicated by the Organiser. Service or delivery charges, where applicable, are non-refundable.

Postponed or rescheduled events: Where an event is postponed or rescheduled, your ticket will normally remain valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the rescheduled date, refund options will be announced by the Organiser within the notified period.

Changed or curtailed events: No refund is due where an event runs as advertised but with minor changes to the programme, lineup, venue layout, or running times.

Refund claims must be submitted within the period announced for the affected event. Refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take up to 10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

Your ticket is scanned once at the entrance. After a ticket has been scanned, it becomes invalid for re-entry under the same code. Keep your ticket available for the duration of the event where re-entry or wristband verification applies.

Wristbands, where issued, must remain on for the duration of the event and are non-transferable.

The Organiser reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any person who is intoxicated, disorderly, abusive, in possession of prohibited items, or in breach of these Terms or the event's conditions of entry, without refund.

Prohibited items typically include weapons, illegal substances, glass, professional recording equipment, and drones. Venue-specific restrictions are published by the Organiser and apply in addition to these Terms.

Tickets may not be resold or offered for resale at a price above face value, or used for advertising, promotion, or other commercial purposes (including competitions and giveaways), without the prior written consent of the Organiser.

We reserve the right to cancel any ticket that has been resold in breach of this clause, without compensation. To protect yourself, only ever purchase tickets through QuickTix or channels officially authorised by the event.

Digital tickets may be transferred to a friend or family member by forwarding the ticket at your own discretion; you remain responsible for any use made of tickets purchased under your order.

QuickTix's role is limited to the sale and delivery of tickets on behalf of the Organiser. The Organiser is solely responsible for the event itself, including its production, safety, venue conditions, and the acts and omissions of venue personnel.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuickTix is not liable for any loss, injury, death, damage, or expense arising out of or in connection with an event, including cancellation, postponement, change of venue or lineup, or denied entry, except where such loss is directly caused by our own gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We collect the personal information needed to process your order, deliver your tickets, prevent fraud, and communicate with you about your purchase (including event updates and changes).

Your information is handled in accordance with applicable data protection law and is shared only with the Organiser of the events you attend, and with payment processors as required to complete your transaction. We do not sell your personal information.

You can browse events and buy tickets through our WhatsApp ticketing assistant. By messaging the assistant you agree to receive replies about your enquiry and purchase on WhatsApp; WhatsApp's own terms also apply to your use of it.

Standard message and data charges from your mobile network may apply.

The assistant handles ticketing only. It cannot give advice, take instructions outside ticketing, or change prices.

To keep tickets available to everyone, we limit how many messages and unpaid orders one number may have at a time. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages from us on WhatsApp.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Botswana. Any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Botswana.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your purchase applies to your order.
